SERVICE INCLUSION
Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop by private car / van / bus. Standard twin sharing accommodation in two/three star hotel in Kathmandu breakfast included (3 nights). Standard twin sharing accommodation in two/three star hotel in Pokhara breakfast included(2 nights). Guided city tour in Kathmandu by private car / van / bus. Standard meal Lunch ,Dinner & Breakfast during the trek. Tented accommodation and equipment during the camping trek. (We will provide two man tents, dinning tents, kitchen gear, dining table, chairs, toilet tents, shower tent.) A government licensed English speaking Guide during the trek, a cook along with the required number of porters, their food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipment and a general first aid kit. Boiled and purify drinking water for the trek. Special Trekking Permit US$ 90 per person per days for five days. Annapurna conservation permit and all necessary permits. Surface Transfer from Kathmandu. We provide Down Jacket, duffel/kit bag and sleeping bag(which needs to be returned after the trek.) All our government taxes. Day by Day Itinerary
Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters). Overnight at hotel. Day 02 – Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight at hotel. Day 03 – Drive to Besisahar (865m meters) . Overnight at hotel. Day 04 – Drive to Dharapani (1970meters) 4hour . Overnight at hotel. Day 05 – Trek to Methang Pati (3560m) Tibetan landscape valley, magnificent mountain scenery . Overnight at hotel. Day 06 – Trek to Meta (4400 m) explores great canyons, rock pillars, monasteries and ruined forts. Overnight at hotel. Day 07 – Trek to Nar (remote valley). Overnight at hotel. Day 08 – Exploration of the Nar and Phu valley . Overnight at hotel. Day 09 – Trek to Manang Cross the Kangla Pass (5300 m). Overnight at hotel. Day 10 – Trek to Yak Kharka (4000 meters) 4hour . Overnight at hotel. Day 11 – Trek to Thorong pedi (4350 meters) 5 hour . Overnight at hotel. Day 12 – Trek to crossing over Thorong La pass (5416 meters) down to Muktinath (3800meters) 10 hour. Overnight at hotel. Day 13 – Trek to Marpha (2610meters) 6hour . Overnight at hotel. Day 14 – Trek to Gasha (1970 meters) 7hour. Overnight at hotel. Day 15 – Trek to Tatopani(1100meters)5hour. Overnight at hotel. Day 16- Trek to Ghorepani (2850meters) 7hour. Overnight at hotel. Day 17 – Trek to Nayapul and Drive back to Pokhara one hour. Overnight at hotel. Day 18 – Sightseeing around Pokhara. Overnight at hotel. Overnight at hotel. Day 19 – Drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. Day 20 – Transfer to international airport for your final departure.
CANCELLATION
- 20% of the trip cost will be charged for the confirmed trip getting canceled.
- 50% of the trip cost will be charged if canceled between 30 to 10 days before the trip departure date.
- No refund if canceled within 10 days of the trip date or in the case of not showing.
- Regrettably, in the case where the trek/tour cannot be completed due to the customer’s own problem, sickness, or unfavorable weather, there will be no refund.
- If the trekking/tour is extended more than the given itinerary extra charge will be applied accordingly.
- If the agreed trip cannot be organized due to bad weather or any unforeseen events, a similar trip will be organized (in mutual understanding with the travelers).
